Working Principle:
When an air-cooled chiller operates, the refrigerant absorbs heat from the target object in the evaporator and vaporizes. The compressor continuously draws the resulting gas from the evaporator and compresses it into high-temperature, high-pressure vapor. This vapor is then directed to the condenser, where it releases heat through air-based heat exchange and condenses into a liquid. The liquid refrigerant then passes through an expansion valve, where it is depressurized and returns to the evaporator. Here, it vaporizes again, absorbing heat from the object being cooled. This cycle repeats until the industrial water reaches the desired temperature.
