Working Principle

The working process of the 100RT air-cooled screw chiller is based on the reverse Carnot cycle principle. Then, the high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant gas enters the air-cooled condenser. Under the action of the axial fan, the heat is dissipated into the air, and the refrigerant gas cools and condenses into a high-pressure liquid. Subsequently, the high-pressure liquid is depressurized through the throttling device and then enters the evaporator. In the evaporator, the low-pressure liquid refrigerant absorbs the heat of the chilled water, evaporates into a low-temperature and low-pressure gas, and at the same time, reduces the temperature of the chilled water. Finally, the low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant gas is sucked in by the compressor again, completing a complete refrigeration cycle.
