Most plastic processes require cooling of some sort. Whether they are using injection molding, extruding plastic, blow molding, rotational molding, or thermoforming, all of these processes require cooling.

The cleanest and most recommended method of cooling is using a plastics 25RT chiller. A plastics chiller is a refrigerated device that cools plastics throughout the manufacturing process.

Nominal cooling capacity is according to:

Inlet chilled fluid temperature:17℃, Outlet chilled fluid temperature: 12℃.

Inlet cooling air temperature: 30℃, Outlet cooling air temperature:35℃.

The temperature range of chilled fluid is from 5℃ to 35℃.

The air cooled chillers are better to run while the ambient temperature is below 35°C.If not, the chillers will have high pressure alarm.Air-cooled chillers designed for high ambient temperatures are excluded.
