What is a laser chiller?
Laser chiller is a kind of individual application of industrial chillers to the laser industry. The laser chiller is mainly used for water circulation cooling of the laser generator of laser equipment, and controls the temperature of the laser generator, so that the laser generator can keep working normally for a long time.
Laser chiller is mainly used in laser marking machine, laser engraving machine, laser welding machine, laser jet coding machine, laser cutting machine and other laser processing equipment.
Working principle of laser chiller
A certain amount of water is filled into the water tank of the chiller, then it is cooled by chiller refrigerant system, and the water is circulated through the pump to exchange heat directly with the laser.

The daily maintenance method of laser chiller
- Install the chiller in a ventilated and clean place, ambient temperature below 40 ℃ is recommended and maintain good ventilation.
- The water should be replaced regularly, and the water tank should be cleaned regularly. Generally, the water should be changed once every 3 months.
- The quality and temperature of the circulating water will affect the service life of the laser tube, so it is recommended to use pure water.
- When the lase chiller stops due to fault alarm, must check the cause of the fault. Do not forcibly start the chiller before troubleshooting.
- Regularly clean the condenser and dust filter of the chiller.
- If there is no emergency during use, do not arbitrarily shut down the chiller by cutting off the power supply.
- Winter maintenance in addition to routine maintenance, there is also the need to prevent icing. In order to ensure the normal use of laser chiller, the ambient temperature should not be lower than 5 ℃.If not, add antifreeze solution appropriately.
