Laser chiller is a refrigeration equipment specially designed to match all kinds of lasers. According to the characteristics of laser with high temperature sensitivity, high water quality requirements and high safety protection requirements, it adopts a number of purification and protection measures, stable performance, and can work continuously for a long time.
Laser chiller main features
- PID intelligent temperature controller, temperature control accuracy ±0.1℃.
- Chilled water circulation system adopts stainless steel pump, water pressure 2 ~ 4 bar is optional low noise, small vibration, constant flow.

The daily maintenance method of laser chiller
- Install the chiller in a ventilated and clean place, ambient temperature below 40 ℃ is recommended and maintain good ventilation.
- The water should be replaced regularly, and the water tank should be cleaned regularly. Generally, the water should be changed once every 3 months.
- The quality and temperature of the circulating water will affect the service life of the laser tube, so it is recommended to use pure water.
- When the lase chiller stops due to fault alarm, must check the cause of the fault. Do not forcibly start the chiller before troubleshooting.
- Regularly clean the condenser and dust filter of the chiller.
- If there is no emergency during use, do not arbitrarily shut down the chiller by cutting off the power supply
- Winter maintenance in addition to routine maintenance, there is also the need to prevent icing. In order to ensure the normal use of laser chiller, the ambient temperature should not be lower than 5 ℃.If not, add antifreeze solution appropriately.the ambient temperature should not be lower than 5 degrees Celsius to avoid freezing of the chiller:
