All ANGES/SZAGS water-cooled screw chillers are equipped with internationally recognized semi-hermetic screw compressors, including top brands such as HANBELL, BITZER, REFCOM, and more. These compressors feature a twin-screw gear ratio and advanced linear design, ensuring low energy consumption, outstanding performance, eco-friendliness, and quiet operation.
The system can operate with either a single compressor or a dual-compressor setup, automatically alternating based on load fluctuations. This balance in compressor usage significantly extends the chiller's lifespan.
The chiller is equipped with reinforced copper tubes, both internally and externally threaded, enhancing durability and efficiency. The copper tubes feature a threaded inner surface for optimal heat exchange and a smooth outer surface to minimize resistance.
Designed with advanced CAD technology, the evaporator offers a compact structure and stable performance. It is insulated with 25mm thick PE insulation, effectively preventing condensation and minimizing cooling loss.
The condenser features thicker copper tubes with a trapezoidal, low-resistance design to improve heat transfer efficiency. The smooth surface of the copper pipes reduces water pressure, making cleaning and maintenance easier.
The system is equipped with comprehensive protections, including:

Anti-freezing and fusible plug protection
ANGES has developed an advanced PLC and PC-level control system that offers remote monitoring and control capabilities. The system is user-friendly, requiring only a direct connection to the power supply. It has low failure rates, high safety standards, and easy installation. Parameters can be adjusted in real-time via an intuitive interface. The system is fully compatible with Siemens PLC.
