Compressor

1. All ANGES/SZAGS water-cooled screw chillers are equipped with internationally recognized semi-hermetic screw compressors, including top brands such as HANBELL, BITZER, REFCOM, and others.

2. Featuring a twin-screw gear ratio and advanced linear design, these compressors provide low energy consumption, exceptional performance, eco-friendliness, and quiet operation.

3. Depending on the cooling capacity requirements, the system can utilize either a single compressor or a dual-compressor setup. The compressors automatically alternate operation based on load fluctuations, balancing their usage hours and significantly extending the chiller's lifespan.

Evaporator

1. The chiller is equipped with internally and externally threaded reinforced tubes, providing increased durability and enhanced efficiency.

2. The copper pipe features a threaded inner surface and a smooth outer surface, ensuring optimal heat exchange performance.

3. Designed with the latest CAD technology, the evaporator boasts a compact structure and stable performance. It is also insulated with 25mm thick PE insulation, effectively preventing condensation and minimizing cooling loss.

Condenser

The copper tubes are thicker and designed with trapezoidal, low-resistance shapes to improve heat transfer efficiency. The smooth surface of the copper pipes reduces water pressure and simplifies cleaning and maintenance.

Protection System

The system includes comprehensive protections such as compressor over-temperature, overload, high and low pressure, flow switch, phase reversal and phase loss, anti-freezing, and fusible plug protection.

Control System

ANGES has developed a state-of-the-art PLC and PC-level computer control system, offering remote monitoring and control capabilities. The system is user-friendly, requiring only a direct connection to the power supply. It boasts low failure rates, high safety, and easy installation. Users can adjust parameters based on real-time needs through an intuitive and reliable interface. The system is fully compatible with Siemens PLC.
