Compressor

1. All ANGES/SZAGS water-cooled screw chillers are equipped with world-renowned semi-hermetic screw compressors, including brands such as HANBELL, BITZER, REFCOM, and others.

2. Featuring a twin-screw gear ratio and advanced linear design, these chillers offer low energy consumption, eco-friendliness, excellent performance, and low noise.

3. Based on cooling capacity requirements, the system can use a single compressor or a twin-compressor circuit. The compressors can automatically alternate operation in response to load changes, balancing their operating hours and significantly extending the chiller's lifespan.

Evaporator

1. The chiller uses internally and externally threaded reinforced tubes for enhanced durability and efficiency.

2. The inner surface of the copper pipe is threaded, while the outer surface is smooth, ensuring optimal heat exchange efficiency.

3. The evaporator is designed using the latest CAD technology, processing for a compact structure and stable performance. It is also insulated with 25mm thick PE insulation on the outside, preventing condensation and minimizing cooling loss.

Condenser
The copper tubes are made thicker and processed into trapezoidal low-resistance shapes to enhance heat transfer capacity. The smooth surface of the copper pipes reduces water pressure and makes cleaning and maintenance easier.

Protection System

Compressor over temperature protection, over load protection,high and low pressure protection, flow switch protection, reversed and lacking phase protection, anti-freezing protection, fusible plug.

Control System

ANGES has developed an advanced PLC and PC-level computer control system that enables remote monitoring and control. The system is easy to operate, requires only a direct connection to the power supply, and features low failure rates, high safety, and simple installation. Users can set parameters according to real-time needs, with an intuitive and reliable interface. It is compatible with Siemens PLC.
