Screw chiller is perfect choice that use for process cooling for heat dissipation and heat extraction as it is vital to yield high quality products. This includes process such as plastic injection ,plastic extruding ,bottle blowing, film blowing and many other thermoplastic materials that need to be heated to their molten temperature and then be solidified through cooling water from industrial chiller.

What we will do before chiller delivery?
1.Pressure maintaining testing.After industrial chiller assembly, we will charge nitrogen for pressure maintaining testing for 24hrs, to check whether there is leakage in the chiller cooling system.
2.Vacuumize.Drain the nitrogen,vacuum the chiller system and set up parameters, then power on chiller and charge refrigerant at the same time.
3.Debug and test the chiller unit.Test the performance of the machine and Set parameters according to customer requirements.
4.Cleaning and labelling.After the chiller commissioning, cleaning and labelling chiller unit, then have pre-delivery inspection before packing with plywood cases to to ensure that the chiller can be in good condition during transit.
