Chiller low pressure alarm fault, troubleshooting and repair steps and instructions.Available for both Air cooled chiller and Water cooled chiller.
Troubleshooting steps:
If the specific location of the chiller leak point cannot be seen, it is necessary to spray the foam water on the leak or all the chiller copper pipe welding points to find the leak point.

1.Discharge refrigerant in the chiller.
2.Charge nitrogen 10bar.
3.Use foam water to spray on the chiller leak or all the copper pipe welding points to find the leak point and make a mark.
4.Discharge nitrogen in chiller.
5.Weld the chiller leak with a welding torch and copper bar.
6.Charge nitrogen 10bar to check any leak again.If no more leak, need to pressure maintaining with 10bar to 15bar nitrogen for min.10 hours.
7.If no more leak during chiller pressure maintaining process, then discharge nitrogen.
8.Vacuum-pumping the chiller cooling system till to the pressure value reach to minus 0.1bar.
9.Charge refrigerant R134a, R407c,R410a or R22 to each compressor separately.
10.If need to drain some refrigerant in summer to lower down the chiller high pressure, please tun off the chiller.
